Notices of vesting

This section features all current public notices of vesting. When property vests in the Crown under the Companies Act 1993, the Treasury is required to give public notice of the vesting in at least one issue of the Gazette and on its website at all reasonable times, and for at least 20 working days. The 20 day timeframe allows any interested parties to respond to the notice.

Notice of Vesting of Property Under Section 324 of the Companies Act 1993—Taihoa Farm Limited

I, Philippa Le Couteur, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 31 October 2019, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of Taihoa Farm Limited from the Companies Register on 6 January 2016, with Resource Consent No. CRC060866.1, issued by the Canterbury Regional Council, relating to a property at 262 Barkers Road, Rangiora.
